Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Complete with any tags (where applicable).
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless:
- The item arrived damaged.
- The item is faulty.
- We sent the wrong item.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return your item.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Custom & Personalised Orders
As our products are handmade, custom-made and personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we have made an error with your order.
Please carefully check all personalisation details before placing your order.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Perishable goods
- Beauty or personal care products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Hazardous materials or flammable products

Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the quickest option is to return your eligible item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason.
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
This right does not apply to personalised or custom-made products, where permitted by law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
