We take great care in creating and packaging every handmade item to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Time

  • Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
  • Handmade, made-to-order, personalised, and wedding items may require 2–7 business days for production before dispatch. The processing time for each product is shown on the product page.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked services.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 business days
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 business days (where available)

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders as displayed at checkout.

Delivery Delays

Although we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Royal Mail or courier delays
  • Severe weather
  • Customs processing
  • Public holidays
  • Industrial action or other unforeseen events

We are not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply if the parcel is returned and needs to be resent.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us at dana1721@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
